These are educational programs in which the Graduate School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo and the College of Engineering, Seoul National University (SNU) exchange lecturers to offer classes to each other’s students.
In 2006, the "The UTokyo-SNU Remote Lecture Program" was launched to provide graduate school courses to students at both universities using a videoconferencing system. Now " The UTokyo-SNU Joint Lectures", in which faculty members of both UTokyo and SNU teach a telecollaborative lecture online, are being offered to students.
The Graduate School of Engineering offers the "UT-SNU Remote Lecture" as a common graduate course.
Students who wish to take this course should check the syllabus and register through UTAS during the registration period.

In the winter of 2018, the short-term intensive course program " The Short Intensive Course Program between UTokyo and SNU" was offered for the first time. SNU offered this program based on the history of The UTokyo-SNU Remote Lecture Program, so UTokyo decided to offer it as well.
The Graduate School of Engineering is offering the "International Collaborators' Special Lecture on Engineering" as a common graduate course and the "International Collaborators' Lecture on Engineering" as a common undergraduate course. In principle, these lectures are held on-site, but may be held online depending on the circumstances.
